Minute 3: High plank walk and hip tap

Minute 4: V sit and frog abs

Minute 5: Low plank oblique swing

Minute 6: High plank kick through

Minute 7: Straight arm twist and hold - feet up

Minute 8: Low plank slow pulse

Minute 9: High side plank and reach

Minute 10: Opposite arm and leg reach and open
